Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of safety within the company
- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external clients
- Participate in job turnover process with the estimator, project manager, general superintendent, and other team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- Five years of concrete industry experience or four years equivalent education and experience
- Computer and mobile device knowledge, including Microsoft Office products and Field Time
