Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement innovative and appealing menu plans that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage and train dining services staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor food costs and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for our residents.
