Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage the operations of the memory care unit to ensure the highest quality of care.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the unique needs of residents with memory-related conditions.
Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of nurses and caregivers in providing compassionate care.
Foster a safe and engaging environment for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
Conduct staff training on dementia care best practices and strategies.
Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
Requirements :
Valid and active RN or LPN license.
Previous experience in memory care, long-term care, or a similar setting is preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care for residents with memory loss.
Ability to lead and inspire a team while fostering a positive work environment.
