Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Analytics Initiatives:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy insightful reports for leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and patterns that drive strategic decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to translate data into actionable insights.
- Manage and Mentor Your Team:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Healthcare Reporting Team.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for team growth and development.
- Serve as a resource for team members on analytical challenges.
- Data Expertise:
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Leverage data automation tools (e.g., SSIS) to streamline reporting processes.
- Utilize Power BI to create impactful data visualizations and dashboards.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Gather and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Partner effectively with IT teams to ensure seamless data access and integration.
- Deliver clear and concise reports and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, including experience with healthcare data (highly preferred)
- Proven ability to lead and mentor analytical teams (preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Experience with SSIS, data warehousing/marts (a plus), Azure data lakes (a plus)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
