A Bit About The Role
We're seeking a dynamic Community Content Manager to join our team and manage our brand's social media presence across multiple platforms. This role combines community management, content creation, and trend analysis to inform and engage our online community. This fully remote role offers a chance to support the first social AI platform, bringing AI bots and friends together for the Gen Z audience in an exciting new social tech space. Candidates must be comfortable creating engaging content for socials and quickly identifying trending topics.
We’re looking for candidates with experience creating UGC for digital products, managing online communities and a strong interest in the future of AI and social community building. If you have experience managing large social accounts, filming and editing content, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit!
This remote, contract role offers 32-40 hours per week at $25/hour. You’ll need to provide your own devices (cell phone and laptop).

A Bit About The Work
- Manage and grow branded social media channels (with a focus on Instagram), engaging with user comments and relevant content.
- Execute strategic follower growth initiatives and report on social listening insights for improved engagement.
- Create and curate content for brand channels, maintaining a consistent content calendar.
- Monitor and repurpose top-performing content for cross-platform distribution.
- Edit existing content to repurpose across owned channels and paid marketing
- Generate weekly trend reports to identify content opportunities, including trending audio and tools for user-generated content (UGC).
- Collaborate with team members on content strategy and provide feedback.
- 2 years experience in social media management or content creation
- Proven track record of growing and engaging social media communities
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms
- Excellent content creation and editing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Genuine interest and curiosity in new social trends and emerging technologies, including AI
- Previous experience creating content for brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to engage users, drive community growth, and address challenges that may arise.
- Bonus: Experience with AI character platforms such as Character AI, Replika, etc..
