Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contract for our clients, providing excellent customer service and support. This is a multi-faceted role with duties that include, but are not limited to, assisting and connecting clients to appropriate entitlements, input client level data into EMR system, scheduling initial appointments, and ensuring priority access to services. The Client Care Coordinator will be the point of contact when communicating with referral sources and provide information as requested. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle administrative tasks will be crucial in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Duties

  • Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and patient focused.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and have a positive, friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of current computing technologies and software applications.
  • Fluent in Apple/Mac
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding departmental and business matters.
  • Organize and maintain digital file systems in compliance with office policies.
  • Preserve a pleasant and warm demeanor during intake calls.
  • Confirm new client benefits either online or phone.
  • Independently respond to and resolve client complaints and concerns.
  • Communicate and refer appropriate matters to the Clinical Director and/or Admin Director for additional guidance.

Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing routine office clerical functions within a medical or behavioral health practice.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with the public on a daily basis; Must be flexible, demonstrate patience and sound judgement when addressing patient questions/concerns.
  • Candidate must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and patient focused.
  • Candidate must maintain a professional appearance and have a positive, friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of current computing technologies and software applications appropriate to the position’s job responsibilities. Apple/Mac experience preferable.
