The Supervisor, Search & Social is a mid-level management position where you will focus on developing a deep understanding of, and expertise in the biddable Social, Search and YouTube space. The Supervisor will lead the day-to-day management of the respective platforms while managing the team of Search and Social specialists. They will be responsible for executing paid media tactics, optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance, extrapolating insights, and making recommendations based on in-market. Social media is a 24-hour, 7-day a week medium so the work is fast-paced, often ad hoc and will require attention outside of the typical 9-5. The ability to work as part of a team in such an environment is crucial, as is a sense of innate curiosity, attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic. The Supervisor is the subject matter expert and will participate and lead strategic conversations with various teams across agency, client and partner teams including Strategy, Digital Investment, Analytics, Programmatic and Linear (TV / OTT).
In the Supervisor role, you will have the opportunity to work across Search, Paid Social and YouTube buys as you venture to complete a predetermined checklist to determine your advanced mastery of each channel. Your ability to identify trends, stay abreast of industry advancements and engage with new partners and vendors to seek out innovation and opportunity is key to your success in this role.
Your day-to-day work will include the development of soft skills such as email correspondence, Power Point / Excel and presentation skills, client management, team management and partner relationship management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities include
- Manage day-to-day campaign performance and analysis working with junior-level Analysts / Specialists and the Media Director
- Perform research to understand audiences and their behaviors
- Use data and in-campaign trends to identify opportunities for expanding or optimizing campaigns
- Evaluate creative ads for platform specifications and advise client-lead creative team on best practices
- Accurately traffic, upload, and QA ads, targeting parameters and landing page URLs
- Perform account diagnostic checks, inclusive of providing daily pacing updates
- Run reports as scheduled and as needed, based on client-partner requests
- Monitor campaigns to ensure proper pacing, avoid under- or over-spend, traffic abnormalities, and additional opportunities
- Provide optimization recommendations in an on-going capacity
- Stay on top of the latest trends in tools, technology, Ad Products and more broadly social media platforms
- Thru research, assist in the development of Audience worksheets and help organize into a cohesive strategic campaign to then present / review with clients for approval
- Based on client-goals, identify audience parameters, key ad units, KPIs, bid and objective types, budget allocations and other campaign controls to ensure all Social & Search campaigns perform according to the brief and delivers on the measurement plan
- Be the day-to-day point person for partner vendors and client teams alike, managing email comms and working closely with the Media Director to facilitate

Yearly compensation range : $85,000 - $95,000
Salary and Benefits
Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a “Do Good Day,” and unlimited PTO.
In-Office Work Schedule
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days in-office per week.
