Content Creator (Influencer)

Location: Remote/At Tootsy Studios

Pay: Salary-based ($84k annually) ($1K to $7K monthly)

Overview:

Tootsy, a premier content creator platform specializing in fun and taboo-related content, is seeking talented and innovative Content Creators to join our team. As we prepare for the release of our groundbreaking content creator app in Q2 of 2025, we invite you to help us push creative boundaries and produce engaging, feet-focused content. This role can be performed remotely or at our Tootsy Studios.

About Tootsy:

Tootsy stands at the forefront of the feet content digital space, backed by two successful pre-seed funding rounds through Canvy Ventures. Headquartered in Seattle, WA, with a recent pre-seed round, we are a lean startup with a small yet dedicated remote team. We operate across the West and East Coasts, fostering a collaborative environment with our content creators both online and in person. Together, we curate and produce specialized content, exploring the nuanced artistry of feet and pushing creative boundaries to deliver a captivating and unparalleled experience for our audience.

Position:

We are seeking a Content Creator who embodies our mission and values. This role is pivotal in crafting engaging, informative, and visually captivating materials for a targeted audience. Your responsibilities will extend beyond content creation to encompass ideation, production, and editing processes to ensure high-quality, polished content. Flexibility in scheduling, teamwork, and leadership in collaborative efforts are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Work alongside your executive team, remote photographers, and stylists to deliver results and sustained growth toward all company and studio-level goals.

- Commit to a minimum of 25-30 hours per week, primarily in conference, with some weeks flexing higher in hours and some less.

- Maintain a professional demeanor that sets the tone for the company’s culture and consistently reflects trust in our future.

- Own all processes related to the day-to-day operations of the studio.

- Support pre-planned time off, absences, and subbing with daily management and team outreach.

Qualifications:

- Must demonstrate values such as an attitude of gratitude, being a team player, living mission, and delivering results.

- Must be confident in producing content remotely.

- Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines.

- Minimum of 1 year in a content creation role required.

- Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority.

- Proven self-starter with the ability to take on new projects with enthusiasm.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

- Experience in delivering actionable and supportive feedback for improvement to a variety of team members.

- Familiarity with using ring lights and self-camera options.
