- Source candidates through various channels and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing up to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers with selected candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
