Position Summary :
The Freezing Point team is headquartered in Salt Lake City with regional sales teams throughout the country. Historically, recruiting needs have been met by individual hiring managers and most recently, the HR team.
As the needs of the business grow, we’re ready to invite an experienced recruiter to join the team. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves opportunity where you’ll spend time actively recruiting and building out best-practice recruiting tools and processes. In the next year, we’re focused on establishing our presence in the community as an employer of choice while building out the tools, resources, and networks needed to provide a best-in-class candidate experience. Think job posts, career pages, interview grids, etc.!
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
Key Responsibilities
On any given day you may :
- Managing the full cycle recruiting lifecycle across the Frazil team.
- Partnering with the Head of Human Resources in designing, refining, and implementing innovative recruiting strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership that facilitate a deep understanding of Frazil’s hiring needs and the rapport to provide direction and redirection as needed.
- Creating job posts, job descriptions, and other hiring materials including interview grids, hiring assessments, and recruiting reports.
- Reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and conducting phone interviews.
- Maintaining the Frazil ATS and Talent Pipeline.
- Building and maintaining the Frazil Careers page.
- Building community and campus relationships that expand the Frazil employer brand and facilitate high-quality hires.
- Providing training to hiring managers on interviewing and recruiting best practices.
- Building and maintaining team KPIs and recruiting metrics.
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates and hiring managers.
- Monitoring trends in the workforce and talent acquisition best practices.
- Remain active on job boards, social networks, and industry communication platforms.
- Other duties as assigned.
