Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will evaluate and treat patients, communicate effectively with patients, clients, and team members, and maintain accurate documentation of services in medical records.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to achieve optimal communication and swallowing abilities
- Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of services in medical records
- Conduct in-services and training for patients, clients, and team members on restorative techniques
- Supervise Therapist Assistants and therapy students in direct patient care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity
