Salary
The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate ranging from $26 to $36 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, eligible employees may receive a $10K hiring and retention bonus.
About the Job
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare community, you will be responsible for providing attentive monitoring and support to our residents. Your duties will include:
- Engaging in routine checks of patients' vital signs
- Providing support in ensuring patients adhere to their medication regimen
- Collaborating with RNs and other members of the medical team
- Fostering strong connections with patients' families
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess an unrestricted LPN license valid in the state. You should also have a compassionate and caring nature, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and basic computer skills.
