Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed, non-invasive inspections of residential properties

- Explain complex technical issues and inspection findings in layman's terms to clients

- Active Ohio Home Inspector License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
- Familiarity with residential construction standards, codes, and regulations is a plus
