Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide information as needed
- Show and explain merchandise to customers, including rugs and furniture pieces
- Monitor the store floor and maintain a welcoming, organized showroom
- Price and tag items accurately
- Assist with basic upkeep and cleanliness of the store
- Support other staff members as needed
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior retail or showroom experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic math and organization skills
- Reliable and punctual
