Showroom Manager

Gabriella White, the family of brands including Gabby, Summer Classics, and Wendy Jane, is seeking a Showroom Manager to drive success in our High Point Showroom and at Furnitureland South. In this role, you'll oversee showroom operations, cultivate relationships with designers and customers, and bring our luxury brand to life during trade shows and events. What You Do

• Opens showroom a few times a week and maintains the Showroom’s appearance according to brand standards. Remainder of the week will be spent at Funritureland South.
• Solicits outside designers and customers via phone and email.
• Sells the unique finds and antiques in the showroom and arranges for customer pickup of product.
• Stays in constant contact with sales leadership to ensure coordination for potential and scheduled upcoming events.
• Travels to other markets throughout the year to help with trade shows by providing client assistance in product purchases, hospitality needs and product knowledge inquiries.
• Assists and setup up all tradeshows prior to markets.
• Assists the visual team to plan and coordinate the receipt of all inbound freight prior to trade shows.
• Coordinates with vendors and contractors to maintain and facilitate showroom standards.
• Enters all sales order through our POs.
  
  

What You Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of sales, showroom, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel; Syspro (ERP) experience preferred.
• Excels with time management and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and good work ethic and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a strong team environment with a professional and positive attitude.
