Role Overview:
As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist at Capacity LLC, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing and benefits administration. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in multi-state payroll processes, and experienced in benefits management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute semi-monthly, multi-state payroll processing with precision.
- Oversee timekeeping audits and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage the Benefits Open Enrollment and other health and benefits programs.
- Serve as a vital communication link between Finance, HR, and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated confidentiality, integrity, and positive work ethic.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, including multi-state payroll experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or equivalent professional certification (PHR, SHRM, CPP preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with UKG Pro is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
