Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our programming standards and developmental procedures.
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Write high-quality code that aligns with project goals and pass rigorous review standards.
- Engage in unit testing, adhere to code quality standards, and support continuous integration processes.
- Provide mentorship to other software engineers, enhancing their skills and knowledge through practical advice and training.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practice software development processes.
What You Need to Succeed:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of programming experience.
- Proficiency in .NET 8, Entity Framework Core 8, LINQ, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and Postman.
- Experience in SQL, CQRS using MediatR, Distributed Caching with Redis, Kafka, Podman/Docker, Kubernetes, and the ELK stack.
- Solid understanding of SOLID design principles, design patterns, OOP, and automated testing approaches.
