Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the administration of the NetSuite ERP system, maintaining system stability, security, and performance across all business functions.
• Customize and optimize NetSuite features, modules, workflows, and processes to align with business requirements in areas like accounting, sales, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and automation within NetSuite.
• Stay up to date with the latest NetSuite features, industry trends, and best practices to proactively recommend improvements and optimize system capabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for system user support, providing training and documentation to ensure efficient system use across the organization.
• Offer expert troubleshooting and resolution for NetSuite issues, ensuring smooth operation for all departments.
• Design, build, and refine NetSuite reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support decision-making and business strategy.
• Work alongside internal teams and third-party vendors to manage integrations, data migrations, and enhancements to the ERP environment.
• Ensure that all user roles, permissions, and security settings are properly managed to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
