We are looking for a COBOL Developer out of Columbus, OH; for long-term multiyear project.
Good working experience integrating CICS programs through WebServices applications.
Cards or Banking experience - it can be recent.
Ensures adherence to established standards and may consult with senior managers on technology solutions. Consults with project teams and functional units on the design of important projects or services. Supports existing business systems applications. Performs additional job duties as required.
Job Specific needs & Responsibilities :
- COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, ISPF
- SOAP Webservice experience in CICS.
- Knowledge of modifying WSDL files to work in CICS environment is essential for projects.
- Credit Card Issuing experience is a huge plus. VisionPLUS or TS2 experience will also work but as a developer
- Ability to work in a challenging environment. Possesses strong knowledge of application development technologies, tools, methodologies as well as all functional areas in IT organization.
- Should be able to support production and should be available to support on call, as needed.
