Qualifications for Director of Admissions
- Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required.
- Minimum 3 years in a related Admissions or Business Development position within long term care or related healthcare setting.
- Some business development marketing experience.
- Previous health care community relations experience.
- Must have strong sense of urgency, self-motivation and goal-orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, as admission/marketing responsibilities may dictate.
Responsibilities of Admissions Director
- Responsible for managing the census and bed-placement of patients within the facility
- Managing relations with patients and family members
- Marketing the facility to drive census, and create relationships with hospitals and other organizations in the area
