What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Maintenance Tech position at Cape Cod Property Maintenence?
Landscape Maintenance Techs are responsible for completing the following tasks:
-Weekly mowing/string trimming
-Spread and Install Mulch
-Spring/Fall Cleanups
-Edging
-Pruning
-Plant/Flower installations
-Communicate anything necessary to the supervisor
-Maintain the highest standards for quality of work
-Adhere to all safety standards set forth by CCPM
-Arrive each day on time and prepared for work, including being dressed in appropriate company uniform
Requirements:
-.Ability to follow instructions (written and verbal)
-Ability to communicate clear instructions
-Ability to work in a team environment and work well with others
-Must deliver quality results within deadlines allowed
-Demonstrate a willingness to learn CCPM standards and procedures
-Have a commitment to safety and safe work environments
-Demonstrate accountability for work performed and being completed on schedule
-Must be able to lift 75lbs on occasion and 50lbs regularly
-Physical Requirements: lifting 50lbs, bending, walking, carrying and pushing on a daily basis
-Ability to work in various weather conditions outdoors
-Some Saturdays required
-Valid Drivers License
-DOT medical card
