What are the responsibilities and job description for the Camp Lyndon Weekend Coordinator position at Cape Cod Young Men's Christian Association, Inc?
POSITION SUMMARY:
The YMCA Cape Cod is looking to hire a Weekend Camp Coordinator at our beautiful YMCA owned Camp Lyndon property in Sandwich, MA. This position is year-round. The Weekend Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all renters find their living environment to be welcoming and enjoyable. This includes assisting the Program Director with maintaining the cleanliness of the cabins and property and making sure that supplies are stocked and organized for our renters. You will also be responsible for customers checking in and being present for their departure.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Aid in providing a clean and desirable environment for all.
• Maintain positive, unbiased, and professional relationships with guests, staff, and volunteers.
• Assist in and ensure the consistent cleanliness of hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, and doors, stocked storage and linen closets, and the preparation of vacant rooms for future guests’ arrival.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the Facilities and Property Development Manager for follow-up.
• Assist in maintaining the grounds around cabins including trash pickup, safe egress, and snow removal on stairs, sidewalks, and decks.
• Follow the team expectations checklist.
• Be present for guest check-ins and departures.
• Provide feedback of guests’ stay to the staff and Program Director.
