Position Title: Ground & Janitorial Staff, Cape Leisure Silver Springs, Silver Springs State Park
Overview: Cape Leisure provides visitor services at Silver Springs State Park near Ocala, Florida under a concession agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. These services include the world-famous Glass Bottom Boat Tours, Paddling Adventures canoe and kayak rentals on the Silver River, retail, food & beverage, catering and special events management.
Join our growing team of concession professionals and work in one of the most beautiful settings in all of Florida! We’re are currently seeking Grounds & Janitorial Staff to help clean and maintain our grounds and buildings.

Skills and Knowledge Required:
· Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance in a customer-focused setting preferred, but not required.
· Excellent guest service skills.
· Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and evening shifts.
· Other requirements may apply.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend for an entire 8 hour shift. Tasks require consistent use of both arms and legs.
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and carry for short distances.
· Must be willing to tolerate working outdoors and in warm interior environments.
· Must be able to visually inspect condition of facilities and equipment.
