Med Surg Nursing: Float RN $20,000.00 Sign on Bonus           

Cape Regional Health System is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving residents and visitors throughout Cape May County. Cape Regional Physicians Associates has over 60 primary care providers and specialists, delivering services in multiple locations throughout Cape May County.

Duties include:

• Full Time position available, This is a med/surg float position under Nursing Administration
• The RN will utilize critical thinking skills while functioning as a part of the multidisciplinary health care team to coordinate and deliver care to ill patients, H&P-assessments, meds, etc.
• Accountable for nursing care provided to patients through admission and transfer up to patient discharge
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patients
• Obtains, compiles, interprets and incorporates patient data into the plan of care for the patient and documents efforts
• Demonstrates effective teaching skills with colleagues and patient families
• Incorporates quality improvement data reflective of nursing standards, into clinical practice
• Maintains current knowledge of nursing practice through: attending conferences or obtaining continuing education credits related to nursing practice; attends mandatory education program

Requirements:

• Graduate of approved school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of New Jersey.
• AHA – CPR Required
• Med/Surg Experienced preferred, ACLS and dysrhythmia completed within 6 months of hire
