Cape Regional Health System is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving residents and visitors throughout Cape May County. Cape Regional Physicians Associates has over 60 primary care providers and specialists, delivering services in multiple locations throughout Cape May County.
Duties include:
- Review of physician orders and accepting responsibility for those orders
- Accountable for nursing care provided to assigned patients through admission and transfer up to patient discharge. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patients
- Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patients. Obtains, compiles, interprets and incorporates patient data into the plan of care for the patient and documents the same
- Demonstrates effective teaching skills with colleagues and patient families. Incorporates quality improvement data reflective of nursing standards, into clinical practice
- Incorporates quality improvement data reflective of nursing standards, into clinical practice
- Maintains current knowledge of nursing practice through: attending conferences or obtaining continuing education credits related to nursing practice; attends mandatory education program

Requirements:
- Graduate of approved school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of New Jersey.
- One Year Experience Preferred
- AHA – BLS Required
