Cape Symphony Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Marketing
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of campaigns, promotions, and community outreach for Cape Symphony. This role assists with marketing materials, digital content updates, and media outreach while ensuring smooth coordination of events and ticketing data. Additionally, they support box office operations and track campaign performance to enhance audience engagement. Strong organization and attention to detail are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
· Coordinate the production of promotional materials and advertisements.
· Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely campaign execution.
· Track and report on marketing campaign performance and audience engagement.
· Assist in website updates and digital content management.
· Support event promotions and community outreach initiatives.
· Generates basic sales reports and provides ticketing data to support marketing and outreach efforts.
· Supports processing of ticket orders and accuracy of data entry.
· Supports on-site box office operations before and during performances.
· Distribute press releases and assist with media outreach, including submitting content for on-air mentions.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
The employee will be required to perform essential functions of the job during evenings and on Saturdays and Sundays, as the Cape Symphony’s performance schedule dictates.
