We're looking for 4 Senior Instructional Designers with expertise in developing software training for ERP / SAP implementations. This hybrid role is based in Wilmington, MA, and requires strong instructional design skills using Articulate Storyline and Rise to create engaging, process-driven learning experiences. This role will focus on designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training solutions that support business processes, ensuring end-user proficiency and adoption of Oracle Cloud ERP.
Each ID will be assigned to a specific ERP workflow (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, AP / AR, General Ledger
Build a mix of eLearning, ILT, vILT, and on-demand resources to support end-user adoption.
Attend testing sessions (May-June) onsite in Wilmington, MA to shadow business leads and capture real-world processes.
Help drive a smooth ERP implementation with business-critical training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Build training for Oracle ERP financial modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), General Ledger (GL), and Receivables (AR / AP).
Create program outlines, course structures, scripts, and storyboards to support role-based training that aligns with business workflows.
Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, project managers, and IT teams to align training content with business requirements.
Manage training timelines, dependencies, and content reviews to ensure seamless execution.
Design scalable, engaging training materials, including : eLearning modules (Articulate Storyline / Rise). Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual ILT (vILT), On-demand training videos. Job aids, quick reference guides, and process documentation.
Scenario-based simulations and knowledge assessments.
Qualifications
3 years of instructional design experience, with a focus on ERP, SAP, or enterprise software training.
Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
Ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, user-friendly training content.
