Roles and Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop and manage the construction schedule, ensuring alignment with the client’s timeframe and approved by the Construction Operations Manager (COM).
- Regularly update the project schedule in Procore and track all milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure that the project is executed within budget and on schedule, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
- Conduct daily huddles with the field team to communicate the work scope and expectations.
- Stay well-informed about the project details and keep the client and team up to date on progress.
