What will you do?
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor the sales renewal teams, empowering them to consistently meet and exceed their performance goals
- Drive Excellence: Provide ongoing coaching, actionable feedback, and growth opportunities to ensure continuous team development and success

Looking to join us? You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in Financial Services or consultative sales, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Bring 4 years of experience in people management and coaching
- Possess a strong eagerness to learn about our products, our merchants’ businesses, and the financial technology landscape
- Are a team player with excellent communication skills
- Are open to feedback and committed to professional growth and development
- Have experience driving performance and meeting metrics within a 30-day cycle
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or have an equivalent combination of education and experience
