CapFront, a leader in financial services, is looking for a Renewal Sales Executive to play a critical role in helping small businesses and our company grow. Our headquarters on Long Island is conveniently located minutes away from the Mineola Train Station, and our newly renovated 5,000 square foot office is just a short 40-minute train ride from NYC.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive revenue growth, maximize account potential, and unlock new opportunities. You'll enhance customer relationships by having 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in Financial Services or consultative sales, with a proven track record of delivering results.

  • 4 years of experience in people management and coaching
  • A strong eagerness to learn about our products, merchants' businesses, and the financial technology landscape
  • Experience driving performance and meeting metrics within a 30-day cycle
