Salesforce Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

You will be responsible for leading the technical strategy, innovation, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Salesforce technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maximizing the value of our Salesforce investment for financial services customers

Key Responsibilities:

Expert level understanding of various components of the Salesforce product suite, such as Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and App Clouds

Expertise and experience with FSC including configuration of the FSC Platform

Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce.com platform.

Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states

Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation.

Technical Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy for Salesforce platform, encompassing architecture, design, development, integration, and maintenance.

Solution Architecture: Design scalable and flexible Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensure security, and adhere to best practices.

Platform Optimization: Continuously optimize the Salesforce platform to improve performance, usability, and user experience.

Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Salesforce technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Extensive experience (12-15 years) in Salesforce platform development, implementation, and administration.

Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from concept to delivery.

Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.
