**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Global R&D - Color Beauty Innovation to lead our Color Cosmetics organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation strategy end-to-end, partnering with Chief Brands Officers to co-create a category innovation pipeline and product development executions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Technology program leader for Color Cosmetics, driving innovation strategy end-to-end.
• R&D business partner to Chief Brands Officers, co-creating category innovation pipeline and product development executions.
• Leader on Global R&D Leadership Team and Morris Plains site leadership team.
**Key Areas of Responsibility:**
• Design/staff world class R&D Color Cosmetics organization.
• Build & Own long-term cosmetics technology roadmap, collaborating inside and outside Coty.
• Serve as key partner to CBO and Global Marketing teams to define innovation strategy and plans.
**Ideal Candidate:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Scientific field, preferably advanced degree.
• 15 year of beauty industry experience.
• Deep understanding of color cosmetic science and R&D capabilities building and maintenance.
• Proven track record of managing innovation programs and teams.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.
• Passionate about beauty and sustainability.
