Job Description

• Must have at least 10 years of experience in Software Development with Java Full Stack
• Design and implement the front-end and back-end components of web applications using Java and related technologies (Spring Hibernate etc.).
• Develop RESTful APIs and web services for seamless communication between the client-side and server-side.
• Ensure high performance scalability and maintainability of applications across multiple layers (front-end back-end and database).
• Work with modern JavaScript frameworks (React Angular or Vue.js) to build responsive user interfaces.
• System Architecture & Design : Collaborate with senior developers and architects to design system architectures and choose appropriate technologies.
• Create technical specifications and contribute to the overall design of new features and modules.
• Ensure applications are designed to handle growing amounts of data and traffic while maintaining security stability and speed.
• Collaboration & Agile Development : Work closely with product managers business analysts and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software on time.
• Participate in daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and code reviews as part of an Agile development process.
• Provide input on the user experience (UX) design and collaborate with front-end developers to create seamless intuitive user interfaces.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure the code quality and functionality of your applications.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across both the front-end and back-end.
• Participate in automated testing initiatives to ensure the reliability and quality of software.
• Code Maintenance & Documentation : Refactor and improve existing code for performance optimization and long-term maintainability.
• Document application features design decisions and implementation processes for internal teams and future reference.
• Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to remain current with new development technologies

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 - $130000 / yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
