Your role
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive project success.
- Implement and configure Siemens MOM systems, including OpCenter, Mendix, APS, Connect MOM, and OpCenter Intelligence.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems, provide training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Analyze information to recommend new system installations and evaluate software-hardware interfaces.
- Work with customers or departments on technical issues, including system design and maintenance.
- Lead third-party system integration teams to complete tasks efficiently, address bugs, coordinate testing, build documentation, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure Agile best practices are followed, manage team velocity, and track performance.
- Collaborate with functional area leads to intake and prioritize backlogs, ensuring the development team meets their needs.
- Owning critical issue resolution and blockers within the team, ensuring high-priority work is delivered.
- Coordinate backlog management, facilitate grooming and planning sessions with stakeholders.
Your skills and experience
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven proficiency in Siemens Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), specifically OpCenter Intelligence.
- Strong understanding of functionality dependencies between Logistics & Production Control and Quality & Manufacturing.
- Able to work through other resources for prioritization.
- Outstanding project management skills, engaging with the business, gathering requirements, and leading development teams effectively.
