We are seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to research, plan, and produce high-quality technical documentation in various electronic formats for a global audience. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly content that aligns with industry standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in documentation usability knowledge that can be applied at project level.
- Proficiency in structured authoring and/or information modeling, including DITA and XML.
- Able to independently write and manage accurate, concise, and well-written technical content in various electronic formats for a global audience.
- Gather raw information from SMEs and other project stakeholders, evaluate its accuracy and relevance, and transform it into audience-appropriate content.
- Familiarity with client content development content, tool, and process guidelines, and understanding how adherence to these guidelines affects the efficiency of downstream stakeholders and the quality of the end product.
- Collaborate as a member of cross-functional project teams by attending meetings and interacting with subject matter experts.
