- Broad understanding of the current industry dynamics and trends within Procurement specifically and Supply Chain more broadly
- Experience within the following capability areas :
- Procurement Strategy
- Procurement Org and Operating Model
- Strategic Sourcing and Category Management
- Process Improvement
- Spend Analysis
- Package Selection
- Broader experience in other Supply Chain disciplines such as : Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and Distribution, Manufacturing, Analytics
- Strong executive presence with good relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable experience of mentoring and coaching individuals to high performance
