- Banking & Capital Markets knowledge.
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and requests efficiently.
- Develop and assess account strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Experience in building and maintaining new client relationships through calls, in person networking, email campaigns, and word of mouth.
- Constantly monitoring client satisfaction and updating strategies and plans when necessary.
- Ability to create business proposals for clients and management.
- Negotiate new business contracts, offer value add product and service consultations, and influence sales with clients.
- Accountable for a portfolio of business including client relationship management growth service diversification and delivery commitments.
- In addition, you will be the face of Capgemini and accountable for client delight building client relationships up through C level suite and driving for expansion of Capgemini solutions and services within the portfolio provide financial forecast and implement actions to grow the portfolio.
- 12 years of experience in IT industry and sales.
- Need to have played a role in Business Development and account/engagement management.
- Need to be strong familiarity in Financial Services business (Capital Markets is preferred).
- Oriented to solution selling and willing to learn.
- Working with the Senior Account Management Team part of team to manage the sales to delivery handoff to ensure smooth transition to team Demand Management team member.
- New opportunities - in collaboration with the Delivery Executive accountable for alignment on staffing needs working in partnership with practices/recruitment.
- Aligning to client’s vision and strategy and helping to deliver market leading solutions and services with the focus of diversification across the portfolio to enable long term growth.
- Building new and maintaining relationships with key customer contacts on IT and Business side with goal of becoming trusted advisors and strategic partners.
- Establish regular cadence with client peers to discuss Capgemini and position us as the partner of choice
- Responsible for assisting in RFPs RFIs proposals including solution definition financial construct and overall submission quality including orals coordination.
- Learning to shape and close deals within the portfolio reviewing all deals for Account and MU objectives schedule and lead deal reviews manage the overall sales process.
- Drafting and finalizing contracts for new work.
- Bringing innovative ideas to the client for use of the innovation fund Maintaining Alliances relationships
