Job Duties
- Manage feasibility of projects considering financial requirements, conveyor architecture, cost estimation, resource allocation and development of engineering strategies
- Track process of vehicle launches with the relevant process engineering teams
- Establish project timing
- Align and communicate between global vehicle teams, conveyor and facility launch teams.
- Manage the sourcing strategy with Purchasing
- Track conveyor performance and lessons learned in conjunction with plant maintenance and production optimization teams
- Support & maintain Conveyor Standards and Specifications
- Support optimizations and continuous improvements for cost, health and safety, environment, energy efficiency, etc
- High School Diploma with minimum 10 years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an automated manufacturing environment in the Automotive industry
- Experience leading and managing technical teams
- Strong understanding of Conveyor machines and process
- Experience in forecasting and estimating cost associated with manufacturing equipment and projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
