Job Summary:
Capgemini is seeking a Delivery Lead with expertise in Informatica EDC and AXON. The role involves integrating and managing these tools to provide a holistic view of business and technical metadata. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining data governance solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring data quality and compliance, and providing technical leadership. Required skills include strong experience with Informatica EDC and AXON, data governance knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Python for backend development.
Key Responsibilities:
- At least 12 years of overall IT experience encompassing strong Python backend development along with experience in Informatica EDC and AXON.
- Should have good experience with Informatica EDC AXON.
- Informatica Admin experience is a definite plus.
- Knowledge of Cloud Data Governance (CDGC), IDMC is a plus.
- Python application development skills.
- Exposure to Scrum Framework.
- Good communication skills.
- Good data analytical skills - must be able to analyze issues and generate recommendations for application enhancements.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python.
- Integrate and manage Informatica EDC and AXON.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in Scrum meetings and contribute to the agile development process.
Required Skills:
- Strong Python backend development experience.
- Proficiency with Informatica EDC and AXON.
- Experience with data analysis and generating recommendations for application enhancements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Scrum Framework.
