We are seeking a dedicated and organized Information Technology Support Analyst to manage the life cycle of hardware assets. This role involves overseeing hardware acquisition, deployment, and disposal processes while ensuring timely and efficient asset management
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the life cycle of hardware assets, components, and peripherals from acquisition to disposal
Process Service Now requests and oversees business approval for procurement management
Coordinate warehouse pick transactions
Collaborate with EUC Request Fulfillment teams to deploy assets promptly and within SLA / KPI
Review warehouse inventory, identifying stock levels and differentiating equipment by hardware spec details
Manage refresh cycles and deployments through the asset management database
Confirm all tasks have been completed by hardware teams prior to closing ticket
Key Skills:
Minimum of 3 years' experience of working with IT equipment and IT systems
Minimum of 3 years' experience with Windows and Office products
Experience with Asset Management & Ticket monitoring systems (Service Now)
Proficient in MS Office Suite 365
Strong customer service skills (in-person and written)
Strong communication skills (in-person and written)
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently
Detail Oriented ? ensure admin activities are completed, follow direction and processes
Preferred experience in procurement management and purchase order tracking
Knowledge of warehouse inventory management processes is a plus

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $24.96/hour - $39.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
