Job Overview:
- Should should have 10 years of experience in total in application development and atleast 2 -3 years of experience in Contact Center space preferably chatbot
- Candidate should have strong knowledge of Node.js
- Should have atleast 2 years of hands on experience on GCP
- Should have hands on experience atleast of 2 years in Google DFCX and integrating DFCX agent with Cloud runs
- Better to have knowledge of UJET & Google DFCX integration
- Configure and optimize UJET systems to meet business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UJET configurations, integrations, and workflows
- Experience in CI/CD is required
- Should be able to coordinate with multiple SI partners and other teams in Cox
- Should be able to follow Agile Scrum cadence and have Jira knowledge He?s backed off the UJET requirements.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $52.70/hour - $82.35/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
