- Managing the whole engagement with customer involving Capgemini & Partner
- Build, Execute and Manage project plans
- Coordinating with various business groups of 10 to ensure that all SME sessions are happening on time
- Coordinating the Amazon and Capgemini teams to ensure that all phase planned deliverables are being timely delivered
- Generating weekly status reports for the leadership & monthly reports for Steering committee
- Ensuring the compliance of security and legal needs of the project
