The EUC Support Engineer – LTP is a Level 3/4 onsite engineer who provides technical support for end-user computing (EUC) environments. This role focuses on troubleshooting and supporting Windows operating systems, authorized applications, and peripherals to ensure Cast Members can perform their functions efficiently. The engineer may also support Mac devices and additional onsite services as needed. Flexibility in work hours and the ability to work across multiple client locations are essential.


Schedule:

  • Hours may vary based on business requirements (e.g., 4 days of 10 hours or 5 days of 8 hours).
  • Out-of-hours work is expected at times.

Key Responsibilities:

EUC Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide end-user support for Windows operating systems, authorized applications, and peripherals to enable Cast Members to perform their duties.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including restoration of files and operating systems.
  • Assist Level 1 and Level 2 engineers with complex troubleshooting tasks.


Ticket Management & Service Delivery:

  • Manage ServiceNow or similar ticket management systems: Accept, update, and close out tickets in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ensure all support requests are resolved within agreed service levels, exercising discretion and independent judgment.


Asset Deployment & Maintenance:

  • Coordinate and facilitate hardware/software deployments, including installing and updating operating systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with EUC Request Fulfillment teams to ensure timely deployment of assets.
  • Review warehouse inventory and manage refresh cycles through the asset management database.


Cross-Location Support:

  • Travel to various client locations as required (mileage reimbursable).
  • Provide on-site support and assist with projects such as equipment pickups, moves, and other deployment-related activities.


Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work independently and as part of a team, ensuring clear communication with Cast Members, technical teams, and supervisors.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and solutions for future reference.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills both in-person and through written communication.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 5 years of experience providing onsite support in an enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with SCCM software distribution for policy, software, and patch distribution in an enterprise.
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft 365 product family.


  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with Windows 10 and Office products; strong working knowledge of Macs (including JAMF) is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic networking principles, including VPN, Wi-Fi, IP, and DNS.
  • Experience with ticket monitoring systems (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Proficiency in version control tools (Git/Subversion).
  • Experience in supporting production environment applications and risk assessments.


  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business-level English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with a diverse audience.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work in an on-call rotation after hours when needed.


  • Other Requirements:
  • Must have a full, clean driving license and access to a roadworthy vehicle.
  • Must have high-speed internet and access to a smartphone.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of deployment tools and processes (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of information security principles.
  • Knowledge of asset management and transport system functionality.
  • Ability to comfortably multitask and make decisions when given incomplete information.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $24.96/hour - $39.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
