The EUC Support Engineer - Print is a Level 2/3 onsite engineer specializing in Managed Print Service (MPS), with a focus on HP printing solutions and certification. This role is responsible for resolving print-related incidents, deploying new or replacement devices, and providing post-deployment support to ensure end users can effectively utilize printing hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
Incident Resolution & Deployment:
- Provide onsite MPS incident resolution for end users at parks, resorts, and client buildings.
- Install new or replacement printing devices, including configuration, physical setup, testing, and labeling.
- Prepare and stage new MPS devices, including the secure wiping of old devices where applicable.
Documentation & Ticket Management:
- Update and maintain documentation related to printing hardware and configurations.
- Manage service level tickets: accept, update, and close tickets per established guidelines.
Post-Deployment Support:
- Provide remote support appointments for end users who require assistance with new hardware, such as device configuration and software installation.
Equipment Handling:
- Safely lift, carry, and transport printer equipment as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of PC desktop/laptop field deployment experience in large-scale operations.
- 3–5 years of experience in print management.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SCCM, TCP/IP protocols, Active Directory, and Exchange.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, and MAC OS.
- Experience with ticket monitoring systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Familiarity with InTune.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- HP experience and certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong customer service skills (in-person and written).
- Excellent communication skills (in-person and written).
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and secure LDAP is a plus.
- Experience with MS ADFS, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and enterprise network technologies.
- Technical certifications (e.g., A , Hardware, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have a full, clean driving license.
- Must have access to a roadworthy vehicle.
