The Infrastructure Project Manager will oversee and manage infrastructure projects from initiation to completion while ensuring they are on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards. They will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the entire project life cycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and budget estimates for infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and establish project goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Provide status reports to management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Manage project risks and issues and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
- Ensure project requirements and deliverables are clearly defined, documented, and communicated to all stakeholders.
- Track and manage project expenditures to ensure projects are within budget and financial goals are met.
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure all projects follow standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Project management certification is preferred (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
- Working Conditions
- Work is primarily performed in an office setting.
- May work extended hours or weekends to meet project deadlines
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $33.75/hour - $52.73/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
