The Oracle HCM Talent Management and Learning Functional Lead who can provide end-to-end solutions that address clients’ business requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Working with the customer to confirm scope and goals, objectives and business justification, secure resources (people and budget) and re-iterate the mandate for projects.
Managing customer expectations and be able to closely monitor for scope creep.
Assist the customer project manager with monitoring tasks and progress of client specific activities.
Continually assessing potential risks and issues maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans.
Playing a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy for the project, including communicating and consulting with key stakeholder
Required Skills :
Need Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Resource with at least 6-10 yrs of experience
Need 1 full life cycle implementation experience on Oracle Talent Management & Learning modules
Must have experience Leading Teams. Lead in project requirements analysis, functional design, reports development and testing.
Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training and release management of Oracle Cloud applications
Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, should be an excellent team player
Has excellent spoken and written English language communication skills
Document solutions clearly
Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely
Nice to Have Skills :
Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred
