Key Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing and maintaining project management best practices, templates, and reporting standards. Develop and manage project schedules, documentation, and reporting for the SAP project.
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP project activities. Coordinate daily project operations, align tasks with the project plan, and ensure that key milestones and deliverables are met.
- Engage and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, consultants, developers, and business users. Facilitate regular status meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, action items, and risk/issue logs. Track progress and provide regular updates to the project leadership.
- Assist with change management activities, including communication planning and training support, to ensure smooth transitions for SAP users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, project lifecycles, and SAP implementation methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively address and resolve issues.
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $32.61/hour - $50.96/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
