Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior specialists in designing, formulating, and developing new products or improving existing ones.
- Support the team in ensuring new product developments comply with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing regulatory documentation, reports, and submissions under the supervision of regulatory affairs specialists.
- Prepare reports for senior managers, including testing results, product development milestones, and market research findings.
- Support the evaluation of product stability, shelf-life, and overall quality by following standardized testing procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of product development activities, experiments, and trials, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure all product-related documentation is properly organized for regulatory and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, marketing, and production, to bring products from concept to commercialization.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or Biology.
- Basic understanding of the food and consumer product industry, including regulations and product types.
- Coursework or certifications related to product development, safety, or regulatory affairs (preferred for some roles).
- 3–7 years of experience in quality or relevant processes.
- Proven ability to lead and manage onshore and offshore teams effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $25.43/hour - $39.73/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
