What You-ll Do

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for client engagement oversight; overall coordination, status reporting and stability of programs and program-oriented work efforts for Sogeti. This position manages initiatives of larger size and high levels of complexity. She/he will establish the program framework and execute program management processes and methodologies to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• The position is responsible for tracking key program milestones and adjusting program plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.

• She/he ensures that senior management and all stakeholders are provided with regular program status and performance updates.

• 10 years of project management experience (infrastructure/app dev) with strong methodology and PM tool aptitude

• Proven project planning and design skills

• Experience managing the full systems development life cycle

• Able to handle estimating, project tracking, and resource management for a large (15 person ) teams

• Experience handling change and risk management for a project

• Comfortable with coaching, negotiating, and influencing

• Experience with budget and financial planning and tracking

• Problem solving and relationship management skills

• MS Project Proficiency

Minimum Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

Qualifications:

• 10 years- experience in program management

• 10 years- experience in project management

• PMI PMP. PgMP certification

• Comparable accomplishments in terms of team size, impact and complexity

• Strong communication skills

• Strong relationship building skills

• Demonstrated comfort with delegation

• Able to perform duties that are client facing

• Previous experience with delivery/ oral presentations - executive presence is needed this is a client facing role.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Global Delivery/ Large- Scale Project initiatives

• Previous Consulting Experience or working as a client partner is preferred
