Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Project Manager - Level III to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in leading ambitious IT projects, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.
Applicant will develop skills, collaborate with a driven team, interact with various customers, enhance CGS’ service capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
As a Project Manager - Level III, you will:
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
- Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
- Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
- Apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments, requiring originality and innovation.
- Supervise others, performing more independent thinking and difficult tasks compared to Level II.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Eligible to acquire and maintain Government Security Clearance.
- Six (6) years of progressive experience in IT project management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- PMI, PMP or equivalent certification
- ITIL 4 certification
- Must be able to work multiple tasks in a team-based environment.

- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Strong test writing skills.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
